The mission of the men and women of the 卡森城 消防部门 is to serve the community with pride, 承诺, 和同情. The 卡森城 消防部门 is comprised of 六个部门 which contribute to the safe community we enjoy. We serve the community in many different ways, including emergency situation management such as fires and medical services. Personnel receive continuous ongoing training to keep them abreast of every nuance in all areas, including fire and emergency medical service, 有害物质, 密闭空间救援, 防火, 飞机消防救援, 和其他人.
In addition, the fire department as a whole is involved in many programs. The 消防部门 conducts or assists with numerous public safety programs for commercial, 非营利性的, and public organizations and individuals, to include Life Safety 检查, Wildland Urban Interface property inspections and Fuels Reduction Program, 火 Extinguisher training, EMT Basics training for high school students, and CC Care+ 救护车 subscription.
